Re: “In the Newly Redrawn 9th District ……” article, Teaneck’s Deputy Mayor, Adam Gussen, describes Scott Garrett as representing the fringe of the Republican party, not sensitive to the needs of those he was elected to represent and trying to outdo the most right wing of the right wing. I disagree with these statements. Scott Garrett is one of the few “menches” in congress. He has fought to maintain our freedom here in America and here in New Jersey. Less regulation (not no regulation) means more freedom. He believes in less spending, thereby lowering taxes. He believes in promoting the private sector (that employs 70% of the nation’s workers) thereby putting America back to work, etc.
Thank you for your remarks. The article reported Gussen’s comments and representative of an endorsement of his views. We have supported Scott Garrett in his previous Congressional races.
